About Gülfer Mehtap Yazicioğlu
Prof. Gülfer Mehtap Yazicioğlu is a Professor of Child Health and Diseases with extensive experience in pediatric care and allergy/immunology. She was awarded her professorship in Child Health and Diseases in 2004. In 2023, she joined Acibadem Health Group, bringing her clinical and academic background to the institution.
Her areas of professional interest include pediatric allergy, asthma, and immunologic disorders. She is a member of the National Pediatric Association, the National Society of Allergy and Immunology, the Pediatric Allergy and Asthma Academy, the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Through these roles, she remains engaged with developments in the field and contributes to the care of children with allergic and immunologic conditions.
