About Savaş Karataş
Assoc. Prof. Savaş Karataş is an endocrinology physician with a particular interest in thyroid imaging and minimally invasive procedures. In 2022, he completed advanced training in Thyroid Ultrasonography and Biopsy at Cerrahpaşa University, where he developed skills in high-resolution ultrasound evaluation and ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration and core biopsy techniques.
Since 2025, he has been practicing with Acibadem Health Group, using his diagnostic expertise in the care of patients with thyroid nodules and other endocrine conditions. He is dedicated to evidence-based practice, clear communication with patients, and keeping up to date with developments in thyroid diagnostics and intervention.
