About Metin Gürsürer
Prof. Metin Gürsürer is a cardiology professor and clinician with experience in both academic medicine and clinical practice. He received his professorship from Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Medicine in 2010 and has been with Acibadem Health Group since 2014. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association and has held several leadership and contributing positions within the Turkish Society of Cardiology.
His roles have included membership and leadership in specialty working groups in Nuclear Cardiology, Valve Diseases, and Heart Failure. He has also served as secretary, vice president, chairman, and abstract review board member for national cardiology congresses. His clinical interests include advanced cardiac imaging and the management of valve disease and heart failure, with particular expertise in nuclear cardiology.
