About Damla Akçora
M.D. Damla Akçora is an anesthesiologist and intensivist who earned her medical degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. Her clinical interests have long centered on anesthesiology, reanimation, and intensive care medicine. She has been part of the Acıbadem Health Group since 2017.
M.D. Akçora is also active in several professional organizations, including the Istanbul Medical Chamber, the Turkish Intensive Care Association, the Association of Regional Anesthesia, the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine, and the Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation. Her work spans perioperative anesthesia and critical care in surgical and intensive care settings.
