About Betül Mazlum
Assoc. Prof. Betül Mazlum is a medical doctor and associate professor specializing in neuroscience and neurological sciences, with a focus on child and youth mental health. In 2010, she began advanced graduate training as a PhD candidate in Advanced Neurological Sciences at Istanbul University’s Experimental Medicine Research Institute, Department of Neuroscience.
Since 2017, she has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group, where she has contributed to both clinical care and research. Her work combines clinical practice with evidence-based interventions for developmental and learning-related conditions. She is a member of the Child and Youth Mental Health Association, the Dyslexia Association, and the Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.
