About Aziz Sümer
Prof. Aziz Sümer is a transplant surgeon with a focus on liver and kidney transplantation. From 2018 to 2022, he completed intensive transplant training at Istinye University Bahçeşehir Liv Hospital Organ Transplantation Center, where he worked closely with Prof. M.D. Ayhan Dinçkan. During this period, his training covered perioperative care, complex transplant procedures, and multidisciplinary patient management.
In 2025, he joined Acibadem Health Group. He continues to contribute to clinical practice, support the development of transplant programs, and provide patient-centered care. His work is directed toward improving outcomes for transplant recipients through evidence-based medicine, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.
