About Ayten Ferahbaş Kesikoğlu
Prof. Ayten Ferahbaş Kesikoğlu is a Professor of Medicine whose work centers on pediatric dermatology and dermatologic surgery. She graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2010 and has extensive clinical and academic experience. In 2025, she joined Acibadem Health Group.
She is a member of the Turkish Pediatric Dermatology Association, European Pediatric Dermatology, Dermato‑Immunology Association, Dermato‑Oncology Association, European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Turkish Dermatology Association, Skin and Venereal Diseases Association, and the Turkish Hematology Association. She is also a founding member and board member of the Dermatologic Surgery Association (Turkey) and a member of the International Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Her clinical practice includes care for children and adults with immune‑mediated skin disease, skin cancer, and surgical dermatology.
