About Ayşe Sağduyu Kocaman
Prof. Ayşe Sağduyu Kocaman is a neurologist with a clinical focus on intensive care. She completed her Medical Specialty Board certification in Intensive Care in 2013 and worked at Acıbadem University’s Department of Neurology in 2012. Her areas of interest include neurocritical care, multiple sclerosis, neuroimmunology, neuro-Behçet’s disease, and nutritional support for neurological patients.
She is a founding co-chair of the Neurological Intensive Care Working Group within the Turkish Neurological Association and contributes to collaborative work connecting neurology, intensive care, and clinical nutrition. She is a member of the Izmir Chamber of Medicine, Istanbul Medical Chamber, EFNS, ESPEN, KEPAN, the Turkish Neurological Association, the Izmir Multiple Sclerosis Association, and the Turkish Cerebrovascular Diseases Association. Within the Turkish Neurological Association, she also takes part in the Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroimmunology, and Neuro-Behçet’s working groups.
