About Can Gönen
Prof. Can Gönen is a gastroenterologist with a substantial clinical and academic profile. He received his associate professorship at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2011 and has been working with the Acibadem Health Group since 2019.
He is involved in several professional organizations in his specialty, including ECCO (European Crohn’s and Colitis Organization), ESGE (European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy), the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Society, the Turkish Association for Liver Research, the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Association, and the Turkish Gastroenterology Association.
