About Burak Tander
Prof. Burak Tander is a pediatric surgeon with extensive clinical and academic experience. He completed his pediatric surgery training at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 1997 and has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group since 2018. His work centers on minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques in children, and he contributes to pediatric surgical care through both clinical practice and professional collaboration.
He is a member of several surgical organizations, including the British Society for Pediatric Endoscopic Surgery, the European Society of Pediatric Surgery, the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons, the International Pediatric Endoscopy Group, and the Turkish Pediatric Surgery Association.
