About Yasemin Ersoy
Prof. Yasemin Ersoy is a specialist in infectious diseases and clinical microbiology, with her medical training completed at Inonu University in 2000. She is currently practicing with Acibadem Health Group as of 2024, where she contributes her clinical experience to patient care, hospital infection prevention, and antimicrobial stewardship.
Her professional memberships include the Hospital Infections Society, the Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (KLIMIK), and the Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology Specialty Society of Turkey (EKMUD). She also takes part in EKMUD’s Sepsis Working Group. Through these roles, she supports collaboration, education, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary efforts aimed at improving infection control and outcomes for patients with complex infections.
