About Ufuk Aydınlı
Prof. Ufuk Aydınlı is an orthopedic surgeon with a focus on spine surgery. He earned his medical degree and completed his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 1984. He currently practices at Acıbadem Ataşehir Hospital, where he has been working since 2023.
Over the course of his career, he has taken on multiple leadership roles in spine education and professional organizations in Turkey and internationally. He was President of the Spine Expert Group in 2010 and chaired AOSpine Turkey from 2007 to 2010. He also served as an AO International Trustee from 2015 to 2019, and held positions on the AOSpine International Education Committee and International Core Curriculum Committee from 2010 to 2013, as well as Europe Education (Orthopedics) Chairperson during the same period. Since 2013, he has continued to advise AOSpine Europe on educational matters. He has also been active in the Turkish Spine Surgery Society since 1991.
