About Müslime Akbaba
Prof. Müslime Akbaba is an ophthalmologist with a focus on oculoplastic and ocular oncology care. She graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1987 and has developed a long clinical career since then. In 2007, she joined Acıbadem Health Group.
Dr. Akbaba is a member of several professional organizations, including the Turkish Ophthalmology Association and its Oculoplastic Surgery and Ocular Oncology Units, the European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Turkish Medical Association. Her work is centered on eyelid, orbital and periocular tumor management, along with reconstructive and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures.
