About Murat Baştopcu
Assoc. Prof. Murat Baştopcu is an associate professor of cardiovascular surgery with advanced clinical and academic training. He completed his Associate Professorship in Cardiovascular Surgery at M.D. Siyami Ersek Thoracic Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital in 2023. In 2024 he joined Acibadem Health Group, where he continues to provide high-level surgical care and contribute to multidisciplinary cardiovascular programs. M.D. Baştopcu is an active member of professional societies including the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, the National Society for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, and the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery.
