About Mehmet Cihat Ünlü
Prof. Mehmet Cihat Ünlü has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group and Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine since 2005, where he works as a senior clinician and educator in reproductive medicine and gynecology. His clinical, teaching, and research interests include infertility, endometriosis, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and infectious disease in obstetrics and gynecology.
He is active in professional organizations in Turkey and abroad, including the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the German Fertility Society, and the Middle East Fertility Society. He serves as Turkey President of the European Society for Infectious Disease in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ESIDOG) and is also involved with the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons (SLS), the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), the Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis Association, the Turkish Gynecology Association, TJOD, the Turkish Infertility Foundation, TSRM, the Society of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, the Perinatology-Endocrinology Society, and the Gynecology Endoscopy Society. He also maintains ties with Ankara University alumni and the Turkish Medical Association.
