About İsmet Aydoğdu
Prof. İsmet Aydoğdu is a hematology specialist who earned his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialization in Hematology in 1993 and has built a long clinical and academic career in blood disorders and their treatment.
In 2025, he joined Acibadem Health Group, where he contributes to patient care and multidisciplinary teams. He is a member of the Turkish Hematology Association and the Turkish Medical Association – Izmir Medical Chamber. His professional work includes evidence-based care, mentoring younger clinicians, and taking part in professional forums that support the development of hematology practice in Turkey.
