About Gökhan Karademir
Assoc. Prof. Gökhan Karademir is an orthopedic surgeon whose practice focuses on shoulder and elbow disorders, sports injuries, arthroscopy, and limb reconstruction. He completed advanced training in shoulder and elbow surgery through the 2023 SECEC/ESSSE Education Scholarship, which included practical experience at nine reference centers in Europe. Since 2021, he has been working with Acıbadem Health Group, where he provides clinical care and takes part in multidisciplinary collaboration.
He is a member of several national and international professional organizations, including the Turkish Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Association (TODCD), Turkish Sports Injury Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Association (TUSYAD), ASAMI Türkiye, ESSKA, KADAD, Child Orthopedics Association (COD), Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology Association (TOTDER), SECEC / ESSSE, AO Trauma, TOTEK, TOTBID, and the Turkish Spine Society (TOD). His clinical interests include complex shoulder and elbow surgery, sports-related knee care and arthroscopy, pediatric orthopedics, and limb reconstruction with Ilizarov techniques.
