Clinical trials are essential to establish their safety and efficacy in resistant cases.

Supportive care remains vital in resistant PV management. This includes meticulous wound care, infection control, and nutritional support to promote healing and prevent complications. Psychological support is equally important, as chronic disease can significantly impact quality of life.

Ultimately, managing pemphigus vulgaris resistant to standard therapies requires a multidisciplinary approach, integrating immunology, dermatology, and supportive care. Personalized treatment plans, guided by clinical response and emerging evidence, can improve outcomes and quality of life for these challenging cases.
