Postoperative management focuses on preventing complications such as hyperperfusion syndrome, which can cause hemorrhage, and ensuring the patency of the bypass. Continuous neurological monitoring, blood pressure control, and imaging follow-ups are essential components of care. Long-term prognosis is generally favorable if revascularization is performed before severe neurological deficits develop. Regular monitoring and lifestyle modifications remain vital to managing the disease’s progression.
