For patients with cardiac amyloidosis resistant to systemic therapy, interventions like advanced heart failure management, including implantable devices or transplantation, may be considered. Similarly, supportive measures like diuretics, dialysis, or physical therapy can significantly improve quality of life and functional status.

In addition to pharmacologic and device-based interventions, clinical trials play an invaluable role in resistant cases. Patients are often encouraged to participate in studies exploring novel therapies, combination regimens, or personalized medicine approaches. These trials expand u

nderstanding and provide access to cutting-edge treatments that might not yet be widely available.

Mental health support can alleviate anxiety and improve overall well-being during challenging treatment phases.
